Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order.

Products and pricing

We try to make sure prices, descriptions, and stock levels on this site are accurate, but occasionally an error may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £75; standard delivery charges apply below that threshold and will be shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
